This beautiful ceramic soap dish is handmade by Madalena exclusively for Vui Vui Botanic Atelier. Each hand-crafted soap dish is unique, none are identical. The images shown are for representation purposes only and there may be slight variations in colour, shape and/or size in the item purchased.

THE PROCESS:

So much effort, love and patience goes into making this collection of beautiful ceramic soap dishes. Madalena first locally and sustainability sources the raw materials from nature. She blends and mixes the stoneware clays, then meticulously imprints the details on the clay using seeds and rocks. The piece is first fired in a stone kiln for many hours, then hand-glazed using her unique formula colour palette made from non-toxic natural materials, and left to dry before being kiln-fired for a second time for 9 hours. The result is a stunning and unique soap dish for you to use, enjoy and treasure forever.

HOW TO CARE:

Handling with care, and using warm water and a non-abrasive brush, gently remove built-up soap residue and let dry naturally.
